Beschrijving:	Technical training on following topics: 1. Techniques of television workflow 2. Use of new high definition equipment.
Gezochte profiel:	The expert should have good knowledge on - Developing new programs / formats - Directing for television, organisation, workflows, location and studio work. - Postproduction for TV; continuity, pace, sound, colour and graphics - The use of modern equipment (HD) The knowledge of the African (Ugandan) culture would be considered as a plus. It is expected that we might be looking at two instead of one expert. The first three points can be covered by an experienced producer while the last needs a cameraman that is well experienced with the use of High Definition equipment.
