Description:	the St.-Patricks Seminary in Rumphi, Malawi, has 20 employees and delivers services to students and the neighbouring comunity. They are aiming to to offer potable water to 9.500 people (gravity fed system) and hope to secure funds to implement their plans. However, they need an expert who can help them in drawing up bills of quantity, quotations, appeal forms, etc.
Profile recherché :	The ideals candidate should combine technical expertise, preferably in similar settings, with the ability to develop appeals for donors. This project could be combined with a similar project for an irrigation scheme.
