Description:	The National Energy Fund of Mozambique (FUNAE) and its activities are growing. Therefore, FUNAE needs to restructures its internal organization to achieve the goals and objectives. The objective of the assignment is to get a technical assistance that would help FUNAE improve the internal organization structure. After the assistance, FUNAE intends to get a organizational structure that meet the current challenges and support all internal departments delivering their output.
Profile requested:	The expert should have profound knowledge and experience on organizational science, organizational structuring and management. Is highly desirable that the expert has working experience in public institutions and energy sector. It is recommended that the expert has large experience in project management and monitoring of energy projects.
Language:	English (Portuguese or spanish is an asset)
Period:	July 2010 - duration to be agreed
